Mellisa Ama Genfi is a children’s book author and advocate for promoting positive representation for black children in education. A mother of two young girls, she noticed that there was not enough representation of black children in books such as stem, business & finance, and other educational subjects that are needed to flourish in the world.

Mellisa believes in order for our children to reach higher heights we must instill confidence in them, one of the strategies is to see themselves in books with positive stories.

Love Me Stories vision is to prepare our children’s mindsets in the 4th industrial revolution, not only to be the best but to build a world that will benefit themselves and others around them.
